HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

If an item has "Pre-Order" in the description, it means they have a minimum wait time of 28-42 business days before the product is shipped. We are currently in production for these items but don't want you to miss out on having your handmade items as soon as they arrive to us. Please keep in mind all items are handmade, and this waiting period is just an estimation. Sometimes they ship before and, at times, can take longer due to delays in production or customs clearance during transportation from Mexico. Once items arrive, we will ship via USPS, which will take 3-6 business days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

You will typically receive your items in 3-6 (excluding Pre-Order Items) business days excluding weekends and holidays or delays by UPS or USPS. This means we ship IN-STOCK items within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. And delivery time typically takes 2-3 business days. Our preferred shipping method is USPS or UPS, depending on the number of shipped items. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship when all items are available.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

In most cases you will have 24 HOURS to change or alter your order before we ship out. If your items are "Pre-Order" you will have until the point we delivery which is between 28-42 days.  Please write this in the title of your message to us "CHANGE ORDER" in call caps along with your order number and specific notes on the changes you would like to make by email. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THEY DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY?

See full refund policy HERE. We are happy to do an exchange or store credit for un-worn merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery. Please ship the items back to us with your order number and the size needed or any other instructions so we can process this with ease. You can write this on a note for us or print our order confirmation but please include your order number so we know who’s order we are looking at. 

Please ship the items back to the address on the original mailing label. If you no longer have the original package, please email us so we can get you the mailing address. We do not provide return labels**. Typically USPS flat-rate shipping is $8-$15.

We inspect all of our products before they ship. Still, they are handmade, so on the 1% chance it happens and there is a defect with your item or they have been damaged during transit, please email us with photos of the item so we can provide a free return label for you, and we will exchange the product.

** There is a restocking fee of $10 for items $45 and less.
$15 restocking fee for items over $45.**

DO WE COVER STOLEN OR LOST ORDERS?

In the occasion that your package gets lost or stolen during transit, please get in touch with the shipping provider. USPS and UPS insure all our packages, and you can claim a lost or stolen package. 

WHAT SHOES SIZE SHOULD I GET?

If you wear a half size, for example, a size 7.5, we recommend you size down to size 7 (only if you are a half size). We do not provide half sizes because the leather molds to your feet.
We recommend sizing up for extra room and comfort if you have wide feet.
Our shoes run true to size and may fit a bit snugly initially, but they mold to your feet about a half size after being broken in because they are real genuine leather.
